Nothing like keeping calm under pressure. It's hard to do, and I admire those who do it well. It's so easy to be reactive to something in the moment and to let it throw you off balance. They say everyone has a fight or flight response, and when you come across a stressful situation, either one will snap into gear. I've also heard that you have natural inclinations toward one or the other.

Personally, I'm pretty sure my instinct is to flee. When I smell conflict, I immediately get as far away from it as I can. I think the folks who have the fight response are worth celebrating, though. I think it's brave to want to stay to hash things out. It's very Gryffindor energy. But, as everyone knows, you have to choose your battles. But luckily this meme list activates neither fight nor flight. At least I hope.
